Diablo III Gets A Release Date: May 15, 2012!
After years of waiting, evil returns.
May is just getting more and more badass. With The Avengers previously taking all my early summer hype Diablo III may be a close contender. Now let me put it this way as a kid, back in middle school, my friend and I played Diablo I & II religiously, in fact we still remember the private game lobbies and codes we’d use to empty our mules out or (later, after we had gotten a few level 99s) copy stuff and scam people.
The amount of good times I’ve had with Diablo cannot be measured and I’m completely stoked for this recent news about Diablo III. Especially because we’ve been waiting for it since the mid 2000′s. What does worry me though is the constant removal and addition of things in the beta. I’m not sure if production is completely finished or if the first few weeks will be plagued by tidal waves of patches and glitches.I do have faith that Blizzard will make it look good though.
Needless to say I think we can all be stoked that we’ll be seeing evil return on May 15, 2012.
